I Like Strange Things

(Day 29)

I like plain hot dogs. No ketchup, no mustard, no relish, definitely no chili. Just a grilled hotdog on a toasted bun please. Same goes for a corn dog. None of that mustard dip nonsense. Just delicious fried cornbread. (the only “fast food” I have a taste for)

Also, I had to learn to like mayo as I got older. So growing up my mom would put butter on my sandwiches instead of mustard/mayo. I am a former condiment hater. But I still like butter.

I think this is turning into a confessions of a former picky eater and resulting food choices post. Nearly every day in first grade I would eat a toasted eggo waffle with peanut butter, jelly & syrup on it. Why did I ever think that would taste good? Also sugar overload. Ick!

I like the sound of shoveling in the garden. It reminds me of summer days helping my grandpa in his garden.

I like to wear my socks inside out. Who ever thought it was a good idea to put a seam on the inside of the sock is weird. It is itchy and bothers my toes.

And now you know a little bit of my quirk.
